Return Policy
Any authorized return item must be returned in the same condition as when it was shipped. All shipping and returned costs will be at the customer's expense except when it is a mistake from our part or because a defect in the product received by the customer.
Regarding footwear try it in the confort of your house, do not wear outside of your house, don't scracht the sole. Do the same for clothing.
If it does not fit call us for the authorization and we will exchange it with the proper size or refund it, or a credit will be given only for the purchase price only.
